About Izabela

I've led GIS and IT strategy in government and private sectors for 20+ years, and I know what it's like to feel stuck between technical delivery and organizational leadership.

That transition—from technician to strategic leader—was the hardest and most transformative of my career. Now I help others make that same shift with clarity, confidence, and systems that work.
